Overview

The Bid Item Manager provides the capability to categorize structures into groups based on characteristics of the structure.

 

 

Navigation

In the Quote Name screen, click on the Bid Items button.  

 

In the Quote View screen, right click the mouse in the Structure list in either the Structure ID column or the Bid Item column. When the pop up menu is displayed, select Bid Item Manager.

 

Operating Modes

Bid Item Manager has two primary operating modes, the Edit mode and the Assign mode. The Edit mode makes it possible to define the rules and criteria used for assigning structures to bid items. The Assign mode displays the individual structures and their bid item assignments.
