The Part Adjustment Grid displays existing price adjustments applied to the parts in the job file. The grid also provides the controls to add new adjustments or edit existing adjustments.
The information displayed in the grid is determined by the combination of the Active Level, Filter, and Category selections. In all cases, the part category and size are displayed.
Active Level
Level 1 - detail includes the part Category and Size.
A price adjustment entered at this level is applied to all parts that match the category and part size.
This is the broadest of the part adjustments and is typically the place to start. |
Level 2 - detail includes the part Category, Size and Component.
A price adjustment entered at this level is applied to all parts that match the category, size and component. |
Level 3 - detail includes the part Category, Size, Component, Catalog ID, and Adjusted Price.
A price adjustment entered at this level is applied to all parts that match the category, size, component and catalog ID.
This is the most detailed price adjustment and displays the adjusted price for each part. Prices are highlighted in green for mark-up and red for discounts. |
Filter
Used Parts - shows only the parts used in the current job file. If there are no parts in the job, i.e. a new job, the grid will be empty.
All Parts - the grid will contain all parts from the Stock screen. |
