The Price Method option determines how the price of the structure will be calculated.

 

Sum of Parts

This setting is the most standard. The price for each of the parts, as specified in Stock, is added to determine the total price of the structure.

 

Base + Sum of Parts

The total price of the structure consists of a base price plus the sum of the part prices.

 

Minimum + Footage

The total price of the structure consists of a minimum price for structures up to a specified height.

 

For structures taller than the specified height, the total price of the structure is equal to the minimum price plus an additional charge for the extra height.
