The Relation Browser has three lists labeled Specification, Type, and Size.

 

 

A selection in these three columns constitute the Assembly Identity.

 

The Browser contains all existing Specifications, Types and Sizes that have been defined and are available for estimating.

 

The Specification names (agency names) correspond to government agencies or other customer specification categories.

 

The Type names are determined by company usage and may vary from company to company.

 

The Sizes are provided from the parts defined in the Stock screen.

 

The list on the left is the primary sort list and is the starting point for selecting a relationship.

 

When a selection is made in a list, all available selections are shown in the next list to the right.

 

Relate Browser Swap Button

The small arrow buttons above the Relate Browser switch the positions of the two adjacent lists.

 

To move a list to the right one position, click on the arrow button at the right of the list.

 

To move a list to the left one position, click on the arrow button at the left of the list.

 

With these buttons you can promote any list to the sorting (left) position.
