Setting Target or Actual Elevation in Printouts

Workflow

How To

This work-flow describes the process of setting the Data Grid page object on printouts to show the Rim and Reducer elevations as Target or Actual values.

 

Target elevation is the value entered on the Quote - Build screen.

 

Actual is the "as built" elevation of the rim or reducer parts in the completed structure. The actual elevation for the rim part is the elevation at the top of the part. The actual elevation for the reducer is the elevation at the bottom of the part.

 

 

PREPARATION

Do this ...

Open the layout for editing

Open a quote job file
Click PRINT
Select the large "Gear" button by the layout name
Select the desired layout
Click Edit

 

OR

Go to ADMIN > SETUP
Select Report Layout Configuration
Select Configure Layouts
Select the desired layout
Click Edit

CONFIGURING the Data Grid

Do this ...

Select the Data Grid

Click the Data Grid page object on the layout

 

Object - Data Grid

Select Rim or Reducer Data

In the Config Options List, select Rim Data or Reducer Data

 


Select Target or Actual Elevation

In the Option frame in the bottom half of the screen
Choose Target or Actual elevation as desired
Optionally: Enter a label to replace the "Rim" or "Reducer" labels in the Data Grid
