The Inventory Browser controls the position of the four columns on the Print Selection List.

 

 

The printout shows this Identification plus the part Specifications.

 

Exit

Click the print screen Exit button to return to the Stock screen.

 

 

 

Print

The Print button will open a dialog box allowing you to select the printer to be used, and the options with which to print. Clicking OK in the dialog box will print the quote according to the settings specified; the Cancel button will abort printing.

 

 

Stop Print

If you change your mind about printing the Stock List you can cancel the operation with the Stop button. This will stop the portion of the job the computer has not already sent to the printer.

 

 

Feedback

Click the Feedback button to open a text editor and record suggestions about the program. These suggestions can be forwarded to AMS for possible incorporation in a future upgrade.

 

 

Print Progress Indicator

The Stock Print Progress Indicator reports an approximate percentage of completion for the jobs sent to the printer.
